1 rib eye steak
salt
pepper
1 shallot, minced
1 T rosemary, minced
1/4 C red wine
2 T butter
Recipe
Pan sear the steak to your preference. Remove from pan to a serving plate. Over medium heat in the pan, add the shallot and rosemary. Once the shallot softens, add the red wine and scrape up the browned bits in the pan.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter. Whisk until incorporated and pour it over the steak.
