1 1/2 pounds bulk sausage
2 large onions, thin sliced
3 tomatoes, sliced
12 slices baconRecipe
Form the sausage into patties one inch thick.
Brown and let cool until easily handled. place thin slice of onion and a slice of tomato on each patty. cross 2 slices bacon over the patty and wrap around each patty. Secure with a toothpick. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
