Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. - Serves 6.


List of Ingredients




1 pound link sausage
6 medium onions
salt
pepper
paprika
6 medium sweet potatoes
6 apples

Recipe



Cover sausage with cold water and boil. Drain. Place sausage in a large baking dish. Cover with pared sweet potatoes and sliced onions. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F. for 1 hour. Add apples and cover. Bake until apples are tender.
