List of Ingredients
8 slices cooked, smoked tongue
2 T butter
2 T flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 C tongue stock
2 T sugar
2 T vinegarRecipe
Blend butter, flour and seasonings in pan over medium high heat, whisking. Add stock and cook until thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Reheat.
