1 pkg. gelatin
3/4 c. half & half
1/3 c. thinly sliced scallions
1 lb. seafood (any type), chopped fine
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Recipe
Dissolve gelatin in warm half & half (just hot). Set aside until it starts to thicken, cool a bit. Mix mayonnaise, scallions, sour cream and lemon juice. Add to gelatin. Fold in seafood. Put in wet mold. Chill until set. Unmold and serve.
