Makes 1 dozen.

List of Ingredients

1 C white corn meal
1 C yellow corn meal
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 C boiling water
1/2 C fat drippings
green cornhusks


Recipe

Mix dry ingredients. Add boiling water and drippings. Form into small rolls. Wrap in green cornhusks and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
