Serve this soup cold.
Serves 4-6
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds shrimp
1/2 of a medium cucumber
1 T fresh minced dill
1 T mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 quart buttermilkRecipe
Cook and chop the shrimp to desired size. Finely dice the cucumber and dill. Add the mustard, salt and sugar. Let cool. Add cold buttermilk and chill thoroughly.serve cold.
