1/2 cup pearl tapioca
1/2 cup cooked raisins
Juice of 1 lemon
Sugar to taste.
3 cups water
1/2 cup cooked prunes-pitted
1 tsp. butter
Recipe
Cook tapioca in water until transparent. Add raisins, prunes, lemon juice and sugar. Simmer over low fire for 3 to 4 minutes. Add 1 tsp. butter. Serve hot or cold.
