PECAN SHELL (Krumkaka)

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. butter or margarine
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
Few grains of salt.
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup cake flour
Recipe
Cream shortening and add sugar, egg and salt. Beat thoroughly and add pecans, vanilla and flour. Put 1 level tsp. butter in krumkaka iron. Bake until brown .Remove immediately and shape over bottom of custard cup. Yield. about 12 shells. Fill with ice cream, custard or sauce.
