4 C Potatoes
1/2 C milk
unbleached hard wheat flour (start with 2 C)Recipe
Boil the potatoes. Drain and put through ricer. Add milk. Add enough flour to make a fairly stiff dough. Knead well and roll out as for pie crust, very thin. Bake on top of stove on both sides.
