SALTED SALMON CASSEROLE (Lakslada)

List of Ingredients
I-lb. salt salmon
I small onion
2 tbsp. flour
Milk to cover.
4 medium sized potatoes
Few whole peppers
I tbsp. butter
Recipe
Soak salmon over night. Peel and slice potatoes as for scalloped potatoes and put half in bottom of casserole. Slice fish thin over potatoes and add onion sliced thin, also pepper and sprinkle flour over all. Then add remaining potatoes and cover with milk. Dot with butter and bak in moderate oven unti I brown and potatoes are done.
