3 C mixed nuts
2 1/2 C maple syrup
3 C cooking oil

Recipe



Combine nuts and syrup in a small pan. Bring to a boil on medium high heat. Cook 1/2 hour making sure nuts are coated. Dont stir. Strain nuts to remove excess syrup and cool on a baking sheet to room temperature.
Heat oil to 350 degrees. Fry nuts until crispy and any excess syrup is removed. Transfer to parchment or foil sheets.
