1 C brown sugar
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 C Pecans (nutmeats of choice)Recipe
Combine sugars and sour cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugars are dissolved. Continue cooking to 246 degrees F. or a little firmer than a soft ball. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Stir until a sugar coating forms on the nuts. Turn out on to waxed paper and separate the nuts.
