    1 large egg white
    1/4 C sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 1/2 C assorted nuts

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 300. Beat egg whites until foamy. Combine all remaining ingredients except nuts. Whisk into egg white. Stir in nuts until well coated. Spread in single layer on ungreased baking pan.
    Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven. With metal spatula, toss, stir and separate nuts. Reduce oven to 259 and bake again 10 minutes, until medium brown.
    Remove from oven; toss and stir again. Cool in pan on wire rack. Break apart any nuts that stick together.
    Store up to 2 weeks in airtight container.
