Sugar Glazed Almonds

1/2 C sliced almonds
1 T sugarRecipe
In a dry nonstick skillet, roast almonds over medium-high heat until golden, shaking the pan to prevent scorching. Once the almonds have browned, sprinkle on sugar, stirring constantly, and cook until the sugar melts around the almonds. Remove from heat and quickly scrape the almonds onto a sheet of wax paper to cool.
