Sweet and Soy Pecans

2 C pecan halves
2 T butter
2 T soy sauce
1 T sugarRecipe
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the nuts and stir and shake the pan to coat them over medium heat for 1 minute. Sprinkle the soy sauce and sugar over and cook until the soy sauce disappears and nuts are coated. Cool, dry on paper towels and when thoroughly dried store in an airtight container.
