Toasted Almonds

1 pound raw, blanched whole almond
1 tsp coarse salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp crushed coriander seeds
2 T olive oil
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread almonds in shallow pan, place in oven until lghtly browned, about 15-20 minutes. Let cool.
Combine salt, cumin and crushed coriander. Toss almonds with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Return to oven for 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
