    Old cookbook
    Take 4 livers, with the lungs (lights) and hearts. Have 2 heads cleaned and boil them with any scraps. Skim the pot. Take out the livers when done boil the heads til done. Pick the meat from the bones. Chop all together. Season with sage, thyme, sweet marjoram, salt and pepper. Fry as for sausage.
