    Serves 10.

    List of Ingredients




    1 hogs stomach
    1 pound bread, cubed
    1 qt diced potatoes
    1 1/2 pounds bulk sausage
    2 medium onions, diced
    salt
    pepper
    2 T minced parsley

    Recipe



    Enlarge opening at lower end of stomach and turn inside out. Scrape out inside lining. Wash in warm water and turn right side out. Sew shut at upper end. Dry the bread cubes overnight. Mix with remaining ingredients and pack loosely into stomach. Sew opening shut. In roaster, add water to cover bottom of pan. Cover and cook at 350 degrees F. for 2 1/2 hours.
