2/3 C rye meal
1/3 C flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 C milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp melted butter
Recipe
Sift together dry ingredients and gradually add milk, eggs and butter. Beat 2 minutes with egg beater. Turn into hot buttered, or fat, hissing gem pans. Bake in a hot oven 35-40 minutes.
