List of Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 T olive oil
6 T butter, divided
1 1/2 tsp salt
Liberal amount of savory pepper blend, milled.
1 T chopped parsley
2 T flour
2 T butter
2 C chicken stock
Macaroni
1/2 C grated Asiago cheese
Recipe
Saute the garlic in the olive oil.
Cook the pasta al dente. Drain and toss with 4 T butter, milled pepper and the asiago cheese. Stir very briefly. The cheese will just partially melt onto the pasta.
meanwhile make a sauce by melting 2 tablespoons of butter and adding 2 tablespoon flour. Add the 2 cups of stock and whisk until thickened. Add the garlic stir. Set aside.
Serve in flat soup bowls with the sauce poured over.
