    2 eggs
    1/3 C powdered milk
    1 tsp salt
    1 C buckwheat flour
    wheat flour

    Recipe



    Combine eggs, milk and enough buckwheat flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out on a wheat floured board, cut into quarter inch strips. Dry for half an hour.
    Drop into boiling water gradually, so boiling does not stop. Add 1 T sage to water for seasoning. Cook until well done. Drain and serve with butter.
