List of Ingredients
1 1/2 C uncooked small elbow macaroni
1 1/2 C cooked and shredded chicken
6 scallions
2 celery stalks, diced
1/4 C chopped parsley
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 C waterRecipe
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions.
Lightly saute celery until crisp-tender. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, bouillon and water. Add the chicken, celery, scallion and parsley.
Serve with a couple of vegetables on the side, or a vegetable and a fruit.
