    Recipe Introduction


    This recipe is for 1-2 people. Double or triple as needed.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C chicken, cubed
    2 tsp minced onion
    1 T minced parsley
    1 garlic clove, minced (to taste)
    1-2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
    1 C sliced mushrooms
    2 T butter
    2 T flour
    2 C milk

    Recipe




    Cook desired amount of wide noodles and drain.
    Meanwhile Saute the onion, parsley and garlic briefly. Set aside. Saute the mushrooms until golden brown and crispy.
    Make the white sauce, Melt the butter and add flour, cook until the flour turns white and foamy, Add milk and whisk in. Cook to desired thickness of sauce. Add remaining ingredients, except eggs.
    Pile noodles on plate(s). Pour the chicken sauce over and garnish with sliced eggs.

    This sauce can also be served on biscuits or toast.
