8 ounces uncooked linguini
3 large garlic cloves,minced
1 T olive oil
1 T butter
1 10-ounce can Chicken of the sea whole baby clams,reserve liquid
1 C dry white wine
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
2 T chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
Cook linguini according to package directions. Drain. In medium skillet or saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil and butter over low heat for 1 minute. Stir in liquid from clams, white wine and thyme. Cook over low heat for 5 minute. Stir in clams and heat just until warm. Toss with linguini. Season to taste. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 4.
