Couscous and egg

Recipe Introduction
A handy quick lunch when you are in a hurry. Good as a snack also.
List of Ingredients
1/3 C couscous
meat, vegetables,etc....
1 egg
1/2 C or so cheeseRecipe
Bring 3/4 cup water to a boil in microwave (3 minute). Add the couscous and let set for 3 minutes, covered. Fluff with a fork. Add about 1/4 cup meat, diced, and the egg. Cook one half minute in microwave. Quickly add a small handful of frozen peas and the cheese. Stir and fluff. Let set until cool enough to eat.
First try I used Cotija cheese and pork, 2nd try Sausage and Parmesan and third, Cheddar and 1/4 C mixed vegetables, No meat.
