Creamy Turkey fettuccini

This works well with chicken also. If you can't find jarred parmesan cheese sauce I have included a recipe for home made.
List of Ingredients
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C sliced celery
7-8 mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 C cooked, cubed turkey
1/2 C peas
1 tsp capers, drained
1 tsp pimientos, drained
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tspdried garlic chips
salt and pepper to taste
2 C parmesan cheese sauce
Recipe
Make Parmesan cheese sauce; To 2 T melted butter, over medium high heat add 2 T flour.Stirring with a wire whisk cook until it bubbles and gets white in color. Add 2 C milk and stir until it begins to thicken. add 1 C parmesan cheese and cook until thickened.
Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in olive oil until onion is just transparent. Add turkey and heat 2-3 minutes on medium. Add peas, caperspimiento, red pepper flakes and garlic. Reduce heat to low and add the cheese sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook fettuccini to serve 4. Place drained noodles on plate and spoon sauce over.
