Filling;
2 C cooked brown rice
1 lrg onion, chopped
2 bell peppers,chopped
1/2 C ground sesame seed and pumpkin seed
1 T Tamari
1 T brewers yeast
Wrappers;
1 C flour
1 C whole wheat flour
2 eggs
2 3/4 C water
Recipe
Combine the wrapper ingredients until smooth.
Grease a small fry pan. Pour in 1/4 C batter as for crepes. Cook until batter sets, Flip onto a plate cooked side up. Continue until batter is used.
Stir fry filling mixture in peanut oil.
Use 2 tablespoons filling for each wrapper. Place on bottom half of wrapper, fold in sides and roll up like a tortilla.
Glue with cornstarch and water, press and seal securely.
Deep fat fry until evenly browned. Drain on absorbent paper.
