2 C flour
1 1/2 C flour

Mix until the batter is smooth and thin. Grease a 7 inch frying pan with a very little amount of oil. Brush a little batter into the pan, using a brush, making as thin as possible. You can make 5 inch squares if desired. cook for 1 minute or less. If holes appear in the batter, brush with more batter with crosswise strokes.
If saving the to freeze, dust with cornstarch between wrappers to prevent sticking.
