1 lb gnocchi
1 lb Italian sweet sausage links
1 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 C onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Roma tomatoes, slicedRecipe
Cook gnocchi until it floats, about 3 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/3 C of the cooking liquid. Set aside,
Fry sliced sausage with pepper, onion and garlic, over medium high heat. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve on gnocchi.
