List of Ingredients
- 1 bunch rainbow Swiss chard
- 1 C penne pasta
- olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- salt
- pepper
- parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Tear chard into 2 inch pieces.
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Add chard with the pasta. Cook until al dente.
- Drain and toss in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Serve and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
