    Portabella mushroom pasta

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 pound penne or rigatoni pasta
    • 1 C chopped onion
    • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
    • 2 C choppped portabello mushrooms
    • 2 tsp chopped, fresh rosemary
    • 2 T olive oil
    • 2 (14.5 oz) cans Italian stewed tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, Drain and keep hot.
    2. Saute the onion, garlic, mushrooms and rosemary in olive oil, for 5 minutes
    3. Add tomatoes, undrained. Cook 12 minutes. Mix with the pasta. Garnish with grated parmejano-regiano if desired.
