Portabella mushroom pasta

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pound penne or rigatoni pasta
- 1 C chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 C choppped portabello mushrooms
- 2 tsp chopped, fresh rosemary
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans Italian stewed tomatoes
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions, Drain and keep hot.
- Saute the onion, garlic, mushrooms and rosemary in olive oil, for 5 minutes
- Add tomatoes, undrained. Cook 12 minutes. Mix with the pasta. Garnish with grated parmejano-regiano if desired.
