Recipe Introduction


If English farmhouse cheese is not available increase the amount of sharp cheddar and add 1tsp horseradish sauce to the cheese sauce.


List of Ingredients




3 oz English farmhouse Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz new york sharp cheese, grated
6 oz rosette pasta
3 T butter
3 T flour
1 1/2 C milk

Recipe



Shred or grate the cheese. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour and milk. Add the cheese and stir to melt and thicken.
Boil pasta the pasta 10-12 minutes. Drain and pour the cheese sauce over. Serve or bake in a casserole.
