    Pronounced "shoockaflekie"

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pound broad noodles, broken
    1 pound cooked ham, diced
    1 C light cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 C grated Swiss cheese
    2 T butter

    Recipe



    Cook and drain noodles. Combine with ham. Place in a buttered shallow baking dish. Beat cream and eggs together. Add salt if using and pepper. Pour the sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with cheese and butter.
