Sesame Noodles Chien Noir

List of Ingredients
1/2 C tahini
2 T cider vinegar
1/4 C warm water
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 C soy sauce
1 1/2 T chili oil
1/4 C vegetable oil
2 tsp sesame oil
2 T sugar
1/2 C scallions
1 pound udon noodlesRecipe
Whisk together tahini and warm water, whisk in soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, garlic, chili oil and sesame oil. Finely chop scallions. Cook the noodles as per package directions. Lightly coat them with sauce, tossing gently.
Sprinkle with scallions and serve. Best hot or room temperature.
