    Serves 3-4.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pound fresh spinach
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    2 T chopped onion
    1/2 C butter, divided
    8 oz fettuccine pasta
    1/2 C heavy cream
    1 C grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Tear or coarsely chop spinach. Cook garlic and onion in half of the butter until golden. Add spinach, cover and cook until wilted. Meanwhile cook pasta. Drain and mix with the remaining butter. Toss with cream, cheese and spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
