List of Ingredients
2 Tbs. Cooking Oil
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1/2 pound Monterey jack cheese
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 Small Onion, minced
1/2 Cup Sliced Olives
4 Oz. Tagliarini Noodles, cooked
1 12 Oz. Can Whole Kernel Corn
1 1 Lb. Can Tomatoes
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
Grated pecorino romano cheeseRecipe
Heat oil.
Add meat and green pepper.
Cook, stirring until meat loses red color.
Stir in Monterey jack cheese, garlic, onion and olives.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Turn into a greased 2 1/2 oz quart casserole.
Top with liberal amount of grated cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
