Tuna and noodle casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 7-ounce can albacore tuna
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1 T butter
- 1/4 C fresh or frozen peas
- 2 C cottage cheese
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 C sliced crimini mushrooms
- 6 ounces broad noodles
Instructions
- Cook the noodles ''al dente'' according to package directons. Drain.
- Meanwhile saute the onions, peas and mushrooms. Lightly stir in the albacore so it remains a little chunky and combine with the noodles. Place in a buttered baking dish. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over. Bake covered for 1 hour.
