List of Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 C olive oil
1 (6.5 oz) can Snow's chopped clams, drain and reserve liquid
1 (8 oz) bottles Snow's clam juice
1 T chopped parsley
1/4 tsp basil leaves
dash pepperRecipe
In medium sauce pan, cook garlic in oil until tender. Add reserved clam liquid and remaining ingredients except clams. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add clams, heat through. Serve over hot coked linguine with grated parmesan cheese.
