5 C corn cut from the cob
1 peeled and minced onion
1 C milk
1/2 C butter
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/4 tsp cuminRecipe
Puree the ingredients for the crust. Cook as for mush, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until as thick as oatmeal. Use as a bottom crust, Fill and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes +.
