2 C corn
1/2 C milk
1/4 C water
1/4 tsp hot paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C coarse ground polenta
1/2 C flourRecipe
combine the dry ingredients. Add the milk and water. Fold in the corn and cook about 5 minutes or just until the consistency of mush. Coat the bottom and sides of the pie dish with the mixture. Add a filling and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Chicken would be good.
