3 C flour
2 1/2 T sugar
2/4 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
1/2 C ice water
3/4 C shortening
Recipe
Method, same as pie dough. Combine yolks and water and blend in. If crumbly add more water.
Make into rounds the size of a small saucer. Add filling and seal edges. Deep fry in oil until golden.
