    You can use other nuts also, but not if they contain a lot of oils.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C ground hazelnuts
    1 C flour
    1/4 C brown sugar
    1/2 C melted butter
    Cinnamon if desired

    Recipe



    In small bowl of the mixer, combine all except the butter, and mix on low speed. Gradually add the butter. Mix until moistened and crumbly. Either pat into a 9 inch pie pan and Bake at 325 degrees F. for 25 minutes and cool before filling,
    or use small muffin tins to form shells and bake for less time. (watch them closely so as not to burn them.)
