    Make a basic pie dough with 3-4 eggs added. Roll it out. Cut into squares of desired size. (think ravioli or a bit larger). Spoon a little precooked kasha onto the square and moisten edges. Seal. Cook in boiling water 2-3 minutes. You can also, at this point fry them in butter until crisp.
