Single crust.
List of Ingredients
2 C flour
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 C lukewarm water
2 eggs
1/4 C milk
1 T olive oil
Recipe
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and set aside. in mixing bowl break the eggs into a well in the flour. Add milk and olive oil. Stir and when partially mixed, add the yeast mixture. Stir and then knead until you have a smooth dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured board to fit a pie tin. Place the dough in the tin and smooth it up the sides of tin. Fill the pie with a savory filling of choice and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Also can be used for turnovers etc....
