    You can use Hazel nuts if desired and any dried berry.

    List of Ingredients




    about 1 pound of pie crust dough

    1/2 C finely chopped pecans (or desired nuts)

    1/2 C finely chopped dried cranberries (or choice)

    Recipe



    Roll out half of the dough in a circle smaller than the size needed. Roll out the other half of dough to the same size. Scatter the nuts and berries evenly on one crust. Place the second crust over and roll to the finished size for your pie plate, pressing the crusts firmly together. Either cut into fancy shapes for the top crust or use as a full top crust.
