Pie Shell, Toasted Coconut

1 1/2 C coconut (less moist type)
3 T butter
Recipe
Stir coconut in a large fry pan over low heat until toasted.
Stir butter into coconut.
Press mixture evenly into an 8 inch pie pan. Chill
Note;
Fill pie shell with a cooled type of filling. Freeze filled with ice cream if desired.
Baked coconut pie shell.
Melt butter and mix with untoasted coconut. Press into pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
