List of Ingredients
Crust;
1 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C grated cheese
1/4 C oil
1/2 C cold milk
Filling;
8 ounces fish, flaked
1/2 C diced celery
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 tsp onion, minced
2 T mayonnaise
1 tsp minced parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
Recipe
Make crust as for pie.
Mix ingredients for filling and spread on rolled out crust, roll up jelly roll fashion, seam side down and tuck under the ends. Make 3 slashes in top of crust. Bake 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Slice and serve with a cheese sauce or parsley white sauce, etc....(mushroom).
