3 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 C shortening
1 egg
1 T vinegar
5 T cold water


Recipe

Cut shortening into salt and flour. Combine egg, vinegar and water. Mix quickly. Roll out for 2 crust pie. Bake as for filling instructions.
