    List of Ingredients

    3/4 C white flour
    1/4 C wheat germ
    1/3 tsp salt
    1/2 C (scant) shortening
    2-2 1/2 T water

    Recipe

    Blend the flour, wheat germ, salt and fat. Add enough water to moisten the mixture. Turn the dough onto a piece of oiled paper and form into a ball. Chill. Roll out on a lightly floured board. Follow directions for the filling times and temperature to bake. Makes one 9 inch crust.
